I initially ordered the wrong size and the accommodating customer service person, Miranda, was a real pro and fixed it for me and sent the correct size. Never came to my house, this product/company is terrible. If you live in the United States, expect months for your package or even an update to the delivery date due to their warehouse/based out of Italy. If I could put 0 stars and get a refund I would
The size is good. I just have to remember to wash it inside out.
It's great, except it isn't the right shirt. This was touted as custom, yet when it arrived, it did not have the customization that we ordered. It also took over a month to arrive, just to be wrong. Won't be ordering from this company again.
