WRONG ADDRESS

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the shipping carrier, the shipment will be returned to Geeksoutfit.  This may cause a delay in your shipping. Please make sure you provide the correct address.

SHIPMENT LOST IN TRANSIT

If the carrier tracking indicates that the shipment was lost in transit, contact Geeksoutfit as soon as possible, or within 30 days. Geeksoutfit will make and ship you a replacement item or refund your money.

Return Policy

-We stand behind all of our products here at Geeksoutfit. If you receive a damaged or defective product directly  from us, you may return it for a full refund or exchange of the product within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

-You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.

-If it isn't defective/damaged or the wrong item, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees.

-If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

-If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this.

Can You Machine Dry 100% Cotton?

If you prefer to handwash your 100% cotton, you’ll need a large sink or basin where you can submerge your clothing all the way. Fill the sink with lukewarm or cool water and the laundry soap of your choice, then submerge the clothes.
